Russian shelling of Ukraine on October 8

On October 8, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine. At night, they launched

  • 2 Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the temporarily occupied Crimea, aimed at the Odesa region;
  • 19 attack drones from the Russian city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

Ukrainian air defense destroyed 18 of these drones, and 1 returned to Russia.
