Ukrainian Special Operations Forces hit Russian positions in Northern-Slobozhanskyi sector

As reported, after infiltrating the designated area, operators of combat groups from one of the units of the 73rd Naval Center cleared enemy positions and the surrounding area.

After that, under fire from enemy artillery and drones, they brought infantry units into the area recaptured from the adversary, which the opponent had held for a long time.

Operators of the 73rd Center also obtained mobile phones belonging to the eliminated Russian service members. In the videos recorded by the adversary, they did not hide their dissatisfaction with the lack of supplies, rotations, and so on. Part of these files is included in the published video.

The final phase of the clearance was preceded by thorough preparation. Operators of strike drones from the 73rd Center, in cooperation with adjacent UAV units and artillery, systematically forced the adversary out of positions and disrupted any attempts to deliver ammunition, provisions, or replace personnel.

"The exhausted and demoralized enemy tried to escape and retrieve some of their dead, whose bodies had been brought to this position over several days. However, as seen in the video, all these efforts were in vain. The bodies, packed in bags, sometimes piled together, or scattered throughout the green zone, are evidence of this," the Special Operations Forces stated.

Successful SOF operations

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had approached the position of an elite brigade of Russian naval infantry at close range and eliminated the enemy.

On September 24, Ukrainian troops carried out a successful ambush on an enemy vehicle — the vehicle and its crew were destroyed.

Additionally, on August 9, SOF fighters destroyed Iskander missile systems belonging to the 448th Missile Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces in the Kursk region.
