Ukrainian Navy answers whether Russia has missile ships near Black Sea

As of the morning of June 30, enemy ships and carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles are absent in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, according to the press service of the Ukrainian Navy.
“There are no enemy ships in the Black Sea. There are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov. In the Mediterranean Sea, there are two enemy ships; carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles are absent,” the Ukrainian Navy reported.
At the same time, it was noted that over the past day, three vessels passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea in Russia’s interest. They continued moving toward the Bosporus Strait.
Eleven ships headed toward the Sea of Azov, three of which were moving from the Bosporus Strait.
The Naval Forces reminded that Russia continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea by disabling automatic identification systems.
Kalibr missile strikes on Ukraine on June 29
On the night of June 29, Russia launched a record number of aerial targets against Ukraine - 537 in total. Among them were Shahed strike drones, Kalibr cruise missiles, as well as Iskanders and Kinzhal missiles.
Ukraine’s air defense forces shot down the majority of these targets. However, some managed to hit their marks.
During the defense of today’s enemy attack, experienced F-16 pilot Maksym Ustymenko was killed.
