Ukrainian soldiers advanced more than 1 kilometer on the Tavria front during the day. The enemy's losses amounted to 226 personnel, according to Commander of the Tavria Operational-Strategic Group of Troops Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.

During the day, artillery units completed 1,391 fire missions.

The enemy's losses amounted to 226 personnel, including 72 eliminated,149 wounded, 5 captured.

Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 27 units of enemy military equipment, including:

  • 3 tanks;
  • 2 armored personnel carriers (APCs);
  • 3 artillery systems and mortars;
  • 2 multiple rocket launch systems (MRLS);
  • 9 drones;
  • 5 units of automotive equipment;
  • 3 units of special equipment.

"Additionally, 6 enemy ammunition depots were destroyed," Tarnavskyi added.

Frontline situation

As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on September 9, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated another 490 Russian terrorists. Additionally, a dozen tanks and 22 artillery units were destroyed.

The military continues to advance on the Melitopol front. In particular, they have liberated 1.5 square kilometers in the Robotyne area.
