Ukrainian FM to join Zelenskyy in New York for meetings beyond Trump

Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha will travel to New York as part of Ukraine's delegation led by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The visit will take place from September 21 to 26, according to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ukrainian delegation will participate in high-level events at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Sybiha will also hold a series of separate events, including a thematic discussion on energy resilience and green recovery in Ukraine.
An important part of the visit will be a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings of the president and foreign minister with colleagues from around the world — from Europe and North America to Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Zelenskyy's visit to New York
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will lead Ukraine’s delegation to the UN General Assembly in New York. The high-level week of the 80th session of the General Assembly will run from September 23 to 29.
Zelenskyy is expected to meet with US President Donald Trump. According to Zelenskyy, the leaders will discuss security guarantees for Ukraine.
The visit will also include a summit on the return of Ukrainian children and the Crimean Platform.
