Umerov says that Ukraine will be represented by him, Servant of the People faction leader Davyd Arakhamia, Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksii Soboliev, and First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Daria Marchak.

"Together with the government's economic team, we will work out the details of the prosperity package: mechanisms for economic support and recovery of Ukraine, tools for attracting investment and long-term cooperation," the statement says.

The head of the Ukrainian delegation adds that preparations for the next round of trilateral talks with Russian participation will be discussed.

"An important block is the humanitarian track and the issue of possible exchanges. We are counting on concrete results regarding the return of our citizens," Umerov says.

Ukraine-US-Russia talks

Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. During the conversation, the President told him about preparations for the fourth round of negotiations, as well as possible changes in the positions of the parties.

Zelenskyy also told Rutte that the next negotiations are again planned in Geneva and are expected within the next 10 days.

Before this, on February 17-18, the third round of trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia took place in Geneva, Switzerland.

According to Axios, the political part of the negotiations reached an impasse due to the positions voiced by the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky. What exactly he said remains unknown, but Russia continues to demand the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbas.

At the same time, CNN wrote that the military negotiating team had achieved results. In particular, significant progress had been made on how the ceasefire would work.

Earlier, the Ukrainian President said that in the event of a ceasefire, the US would be primarily responsible for monitoring it. He also confirmed that no agreement had been reached on the Donbas issue.
