Ukraine's Kostiantynivka under fire after Russian FAB bombs and drone strikes - Aftermath revealed

Since the beginning of August 22, Russian forces have carried out a series of strikes on Kostiantynivka, causing extensive destruction. The attacks involved aerial bombs and strike drones, according to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin and the head of the City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov.
According to local authorities, the attacks lasted several hours and resulted in significant damage to civilian infrastructure. Residential houses, apartment blocks, a store, an Ukrposhta building, and a gas pipeline were hit. The Russian forces used FPV strike drones and FAB-250 aerial bombs.
One civilian was injured.
"These attacks demonstrate the ongoing terror against the civilian population and systematic strikes on civilian targets, which are a gross violation of international humanitarian law. Once again, we urge residents to take care of their safety and the safety of their loved ones," the statement said.

Attacks on Kostiantynivka
Kostiantynivka continues to suffer from constant Russian strikes. Due to its proximity to the front line in the Donetsk region, the town has repeatedly been the target of Russian attacks, including with the use of aerial bombs, missiles, and strike drones.
On August 20, Russian forces launched missile strikes on a local market, killing three people and injuring four more.
On August 19, the Russian army carried out two powerful airstrikes, one of which hit directly into the entrance of a residential building, leaving people trapped under the rubble.
Prior to that, three people were killed and another was wounded in an attack in Kostiantynivka. A one-story administrative building was destroyed. Two men died under more than 20 tons of debris before rescuers managed to recover their bodies.
