Ukraine may have found 4 ways to stop Russia's jet drones, officials say

Ukraine has already tested four potential interceptors against jet-powered Shaheds. It now plans to scale up production as quickly as possible, the country's Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara said.
"The search for ways to counter jet-powered drones is ongoing. There are already four potential interceptors capable of shooting down jet-powered Shaheds. Field tests have already been conducted on them," the minister said.
According to Khmara, the main task now is to bring these developments to the required level as quickly as possible.
After that, Ukraine plans to scale up production of the new interceptors. The plan is to manufacture thousands of units.

As reported, Russia is stepping up its use of jet-powered Shaheds against Ukraine. Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, a freelance adviser to the president of Ukraine on defense technology development, says Russia launched about 1,500 of these drones in July, while the number had already exceeded 2,500 in August.
Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, says Russia is launching small numbers of jet-powered drones at Kyiv in waves to paralyze the capital. However, it lacks the resources to deploy large numbers of drones.
