Russia launches thousands of jet-powered Shaheds at Ukraine almost immediately after they are manufactured, Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, a freelance adviser to the president of Ukraine on defense technology development, reports.
According to him, Ukraine was targeted by about 1,500 jet-powered Shaheds in July, while this month, August, the number has already exceeded 2,500.
"Jet-powered Shaheds are launched at Ukraine practically straight from the factory," the presidential adviser said.

Russia steps up jet-powered drone attacks on Kyiv
As previously reported, Russian forces have been continuously targeting Kyiv and the Kyiv region with jet-powered drones for the fourth consecutive day.
Center for Countering Disinformation head Andrii Kovalenko says Russia is launching small numbers of jet-powered drones at Kyiv in waves to paralyze the capital, adding that it lacks the resources to deploy large numbers of these drones, and the goal is to exhaust Ukraine's air defenses and wear down people.
