US President Donald Trump warned Iran against retaliatory actions following the strikes carried out by the US on Iranian targets, according to a statement he made after the operation.

He warned, Iran faces either peace or a tragedy far worse than what we have seen over the past eight days. Remember, many targets remain. Today’s strike was the most difficult and perhaps the deadliest.

According to Trump, the US will strike other targets if peace does not come, and most of them can be destroyed within minutes.

He added that no army in the world could have done what they did that day and that there had never been an army capable of what had just happened.

Later, Trump wrote on his social network, Truth Social, that any attempt by Iran to retaliate against the US would be met with force.

Strikes on Iran

Israel launched its Operation Rising Lion on June 13. The IDF targeted Iranian military and nuclear sites, eliminating dozens of top commanders and nuclear physicists involved in Iran’s nuclear program. Israel has vowed not to stop until its goals are achieved.

For some time, there had been speculation about whether the US would join its ally’s operation in the Middle East. On the night of June 22, the US carried out strikes on Iranian targets.

President Donald Trump confirmed that he issued the order and warned Iran that more strikes would follow if Tehran did not agree to a nuclear deal.
