Trump confirms he'll meet Zelenskyy at NATO summit today

United States President Donald Trump has confirmed that he will meet with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, at the NATO summit in The Hague today, The Telegraph reports.
"Nice guy, I’m going to meet him today...I assume we’re going to discuss Ukraine," the American leader said.
Trump also added that he had spoken with Russia's Vladimir Putin on several occasions. The latter, he said, offered to help with the conflict between Iran and Israel, but the White House chief asked him for help with Russia.
"He volunteered help on Iran. I said, do me a favour, I need help on Russia," he added.
NATO summit in The Hague
The NATO Summit is taking place in The Hague on June 24-25. In particular, a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council is scheduled.
Meanwhile, media outlets that have read the draft summit outcome document said that the communiqué will not contain a promise to accept Ukraine into the Alliance, despite the fact that in recent years, summit statements have called membership inevitable.
Also yesterday. On June 24, the White House said that Trump might meet with Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the summit. Later, this information was confirmed by the head of the Ukrainian President's Office, Andrii Yermak.
