Starmer replaces UK Foreign Secretary Lammy with Cooper

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has replaced the country's Foreign Secretary in his government. Yvette Cooper will take the post instead of David Lammy, the website of the UK government and the BBC reported.
David Lammy is moving to the position of Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice in Starmer's government. He will also be Deputy Prime Minister.
At the same time, Yvette Cooper will replace Lammy as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.
According to the BBC, government reshuffles in the UK government took place after Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner was forced to resign due to a tax scandal around her. She did not fully pay the tax on a purchased house.
Britain provides strong support to Ukraine. In particular, on September 4, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a meeting, addressed the Coalition of the Willing, stating that they had given Ukraine an "unbreakable pledge."
Also, according to Starmer, some unnamed countries of the Coalition of the Willing agreed to supply Ukraine with long-range missiles amid Russia's massive attacks on civilian targets and the civilian population.
