"The plan is to incorporate the experience of Ukrainian soldiers into training, including at army educational institutions," said a spokesperson for the German Armed Forces.

It is noted that the Bundeswehr is responding in this way to significant changes on the battlefield in Ukraine.

The spokesperson also pointed out that the Ukrainian military has greater experience in using drones and countering them, as well as in integrating modern command-and-control technologies into combat units.

UAF and NATO troops training

Ukrainian forces "crushed" NATO troops during the Hedgehog exercises in Estonia. According to Ukrainian soldiers, the results of the exercises were unexpected for their Western partners.

The media described the outcome as "devastating" for NATO forces — the military was even unable to detect the positions of Ukrainian drone operators.

A Ukrainian team of 10 fighters acting as the opposing force simulated the destruction of 17 armored vehicles and carried out around 30 strikes on other targets in just half a day.

According to Ukrainian defenders, NATO countries need to rethink modern combat tactics and accelerate their preparation against the Russian threat.

The large-scale exercises in Estonia revealed serious weaknesses in NATO’s readiness for next-generation warfare involving drones.

Specifically, they demonstrated how transparent the modern battlefield has become and how vulnerable any equipment or unit is without proper camouflage, rapid data exchange, and adapted tactics.
