Security guarantees and more: Zelenskyy reveals what he wants to discuss in Brussels
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he aims to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine during his visit to Brussels. Another key topic of discussion will be air defense supplies, according to the Ukrainian president's statement ahead of negotiations with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
"I think it is a very good opportunity to speak about security guarantees for Ukraine both today and tomorrow," said Zelenskyy, commenting on his visit to Brussels.
He emphasized the importance of having a common position with partners on how to secure Ukraine, strengthen the country and its people, and, of course, bolster the Ukrainian army.
The president also noted that a key topic of discussion will be strengthening Ukraine's air defense, including the required number of systems for this purpose.
