The meeting is reported to start on June 12 and will last until June 15. It will be "secret," as it will take place at the Grand Hotel without live broadcasts of debates or press conferences.
Discussion topics will include Euro-Atlantic relations, the future of Ukraine, the US economy, Europe, the Middle East, as well as innovations in defense, artificial intelligence, and migration issues.
Expected participants include NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Norway’s Finance Minister and former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, and Bundestag Speaker Julia Klöckner.
The Bilderberg Meetings are an annual private conference attended by 120 to 150 members of the European and North American political elite, industry experts, financiers, academics, and media representatives.
The conference has been held annually since 1954. All participants attend strictly by invitation, are allowed to use information received at the meeting, but must not disclose its source.
Earlier, we reported that the G7 summit at the highest level will take place in Canada from June 15 to 17. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is also invited to the summit.
At the same time, media reports that G7 member countries will refuse to issue a joint communiqué at the summit to avoid conflict with US President Donald Trump.
