Shelling of the Kharkiv region
Following the de-occupation of nearly the entire Kharkiv region, Russians have been regularly shelling populated areas in the region. Border towns and those near the frontline, including Kharkiv itself, have been constantly subjected to enemy attacks.
On September 16, Russian aggressors targeted Kharkiv, striking an industrial zone. Later, the police reported that the Russian forces attacked the city with Iskander-K missiles. The shelling caused damage to civilian businesses and private residential houses, resulting in fires.
On the same night, the occupiers once again launched an attack on Kharkiv using S-300 surface-to-air missiles, hitting a civilian industrial building.
On August 14, Russian forces shelled Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv region from a tank. As a result of this attack, one man lost his life, and three others were wounded.
