Near Bilohorivka, Luhansk region, the Ukrainian Phoenix border guard unit repelled a Russian combined assault. They destroyed two tanks, an armored vehicle, a car, and all enemy infantry.

In the Siversk direction, near Bilohorivka, drone operators of the Phoenix border unit stopped a combined enemy assault.

Russian forces deployed infantry, light vehicles, and heavy armored equipment.

"Thanks to the coordinated work of FPV crews, Vampire crews, and drone strike teams, the enemy's assault was stopped,' the military said.

As a result of the fight, two tanks, an armored vehicle, and a light car were destroyed.

"Infantry trying to disperse into the green zone were caught and eliminated. None escaped," the unit concluded.

Frontline situation

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on July 25 alone, the Russian army lost 1,080 soldiers and 209 units of military equipment on the front.

Meanwhile, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi said Russian forces have mobilized maximum resources to carry out their plans on the front. However, Ukrainian forces maintain the capacity to defeat Russian offensive groups.

He also noted that Russian forces lose at least 1,000 personnel daily, killed or wounded. This is the cost Russia pays for its "summer offensive" in Ukraine.
