Russian strike sparks major fire at food warehouses in Ukraine's Dnipro

On Monday, August 3, Russian forces struck the city of Dnipro, setting food warehouses on fire, according to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha.
"The enemy attacked Dnipro. Food warehouses caught fire," he said.
Hanzha added that information on possible casualties from the attack is currently being clarified.
On July 30, Russian forces struck a Nova Poshta (Ukraine's largest private postal and parcel delivery company) terminal in Dnipro's Dniprovskyi district for the fifth time. Thanks to the company's safety protocols, no one was injured.
In addition, on the same day, the enemy struck the administrative building of a food industry enterprise.
On the night of July 27, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on Dnipro. A fire broke out on the grounds of a private household after one of the strikes. The blast wave also damaged windows in apartment buildings, passenger cars, and a store.
On the same day, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 15 Russian drones over various districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
On July 24, a Russian drone attacked the locomotive of a passenger train in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Thanks to the swift actions of railway workers and the timely evacuation of passengers, there were no casualties or injuries.
