On the night and morning of July 27, Russia attacked several regions of Ukraine. The heaviest consequences were in Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Dnipropetrovsk regions – there is one dead and dozens injured.

Zaporizhzhia

A guided aerial bomb destroyed a private house in the regional center – as a result of the strike, a 67-year-old man was killed. A 22-year-old guy was pulled alive from under the rubble of the same house; he is currently under medical supervision, and his life is not in danger.

Separately, a Russian drone damaged an apartment in a multi-story building – a 53-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured.

Police paramedics, investigative teams, forensic experts, explosives technicians, and other relevant services are working at the impact sites.

Sumy region

The enemy carried out at least seven strikes with guided aerial bombs on the territory of the Sumy community. Five civilians were injured, with no seriously wounded among them preliminarily.

As a result of the attack, private residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles were damaged. The inspection of the area is ongoing, and the consequences are being clarified.

Dnipropetrovsk region

In Dnipro, as a result of the attack, a fire broke out on the territory of a private household. The blast wave damaged windows in several multi-story buildings, and cars and a store were also affected.

Tonight, air defense forces shot down 15 enemy UAVs in various districts of the region. Information about casualties in Dnipro is being clarified.

Zelenskyy revealed details about the shortage of missiles for air defense – according to him, Ukraine critically lacks missiles to protect against Russia's massive ballistic missile attacks, and the situation is further complicated by the war in the Middle East.

In Chernihiv, the aftermath of a deadly Russian strike that occurred during the day on July 26 was dealt with – among the injured are three children, and among the dead is a 9-year-old girl.
