As a result of a Russian guided missile strike on Kharkiv, the number of casualties has risen to more than 30. Among them are a 10-year-old girl, according to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.
According to Syniehubov, among the injured in Kharkiv is a 10-year-old girl who suffered an acute stress reaction as a result of Russian strikes.
"Doctors are providing all necessary assistance. The rescue operation is ongoing," he emphasizes.
Meanwhile, Terekhov says that Russia attacked the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.
Russian hits were recorded on a sewing enterprise and near a residential building.
"Preliminary, there are 22 casualties," he adds.
As of 12:51 p.m. Kyiv time, according to Syniehubov, the number of victims has increased again. In total, he said that 23 people have been reported injured.
"Unfortunately, the number of injured may increase. The rescue operation is ongoing. Doctors are promptly assisting everyone," says the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
As of 1:11 p.m. Kyiv time, the number of victims after the Russian strike on Kharkiv is still growing rapidly, and, according to Terekhov, 33 people have already sought medical assistance.
One teenager, 17 years old, needed medical assistance. The boy received explosive wounds to his head.
5 victims have already been taken to hospitals, including a 33-year-old woman in severe condition. He also reported that a 28-day-old baby girl suffered an acute stress reaction.
Russian strike on Kharkiv on July 24
On the morning of July 24, Russian troops once again struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. According to preliminary data, a hit was recorded near a residential area.
Russia struck near a multi-storey building. About 15 cars are burning at the scene.

Last night, amid another Russian drone attack, the Odesa air defense system reported air defense activity and explosions in the city.
Russian troops struck the historic center of Odesa. Fires broke out in the city.
