Russia bombs Ukraine's Kharkiv city center: Casualties reported

This morning, on July 24, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. According to preliminary data, a Russian attack was reported near a residential area, and there are wounded, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"2 Russian guided aerial bombs struck the central part of Kharkiv, Shevchenkivskyi district, a residential area," Terekhov says.
According to him, the guided aerial bombs hit near a multi-storey building. About 15 cars are burning at the scene, and there is information about 3 casualties.
What Kharkiv Regional Military Administration says
According to the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Russians struck the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city with 2 guided aerial bombs.
"One of the hits was near a residential building. At the moment, we know about one casualty - a 27-year-old woman. All specialized services are already working at the scene of the Russian strikes. Medical teams are on duty," notes Syniehubov.
