Strike on Ternopil
On the night of November 19, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with missiles and combat drones.
In Ternopil, the Russian forces targeted high-rise buildings, one of which was destroyed.
According to the Air Force, Ukrainian law enforcement found that Russia used Kh-101 missiles in the attack on the high-rises in Ternopil.
Foreign components were found in the missiles, including parts from American companies.
As of now, it is known that the strike killed more than 25 civilians. Dozens of other residents of the high-rise were injured.
Today, November 20, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that 22 people could still be trapped under the rubble.
Notably, after the attack, the Russian Ministry of Defense cynically claimed that the strikes were carried out on military-industrial and energy facilities.
