Russian strike damages homes in Odesa as apartment burns, woman injured

On the night of June 10, Russian units once again attacked Odesa with drones. As a result of the shelling, consequences were again recorded in the city, and one person was injured, according to a Telegram post by the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
According to local authorities and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the attack on the city occurred at approximately 00:40 Kyiv time. Toward morning, Lysak reported that damage was recorded in the Prymorskyi district — two buildings were damaged there.
"In one of them, an apartment on the 5th floor was completely burned out. The fire was promptly extinguished by emergency service workers. A 46-year-old woman was injured. She was hospitalized and is receiving all necessary care," the statement reads.

The head of the City Military Administration added that at another address, on the 11th floor, residents' property, windows, and the building's facade were damaged.

Local authorities, rescuers, utility workers, and the district administration are currently working at the sites. Damage assessment and documentation of the consequences are ongoing.
Other attacks on Odesa and the region
On the night of May 18, Russian units also carried out an attack on Odesa. As a result of the massive shelling, residential buildings, a lyceum building, and a kindergarten were damaged.
On the night of May 16, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on the Odesa region. As a result of a drone strike, a five-story building, a car dealership, and a one-story residential house were damaged.
