The Russian army is currently focused on controlling the air situation in the Kharkiv region. They are also using drones to mine areas near populated settlements, according to the Kharkiv operational-tactical group on Telegram.

In particular, in the area of the settlement of Hlyboke, the enemy has concentrated its main efforts on controlling the air situation. This is done to alert personnel about the use of drones by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Additionally, near Lukiantsi, the enemy remotely mined areas of land with anti-personnel mines using drones at night.

In the vicinity of the settlement of Tykhe, the enemy has moved personnel to forward positions.

"In Vovchansk, the enemy is conducting active reconnaissance using drones, restoring communication systems, and carrying out logistical support measures. They have used the TOS-1A in areas of the city," the report states.

Aggregate plant in Vovchansk

In September, Ukrainian forces pushed Russian troops out of the aggregate plant in Vovchansk. The operation was conducted by the Defense Intelligence with the participation of fighters from the Russian Volunteer Corps, and control of the plant was handed over to the National Guard.

Several dozen Russian military, who had been left behind by the Russian command, were captured at the plant.

After the liberation of the aggregate plant in Vovchansk, the situation remains extremely tense due to constant attempts by Russian troops to attack the facility.
