On Wednesday, September 3, Russian forces attacked Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, first using tube artillery and then FPV drones. Nine people were killed, and seven others were injured, according to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

According to Filashkin, in the morning, the Russian army shelled the city with tube artillery. As a result of the attack, eight people aged 44 to 74 were killed, and six were injured.

Two apartment buildings, a private house, a store, a shopping center, and five retail pavilions were damaged.

Additionally, the enemy twice struck civilian vehicles with FPV drones. These attacks killed a 36-year-old woman and injured another person.

"Assassination attempts on civilians are not isolated incidents but a deliberate and purposeful method of action by Russian-terrorist groups. For them, killing peaceful Ukrainians is entertainment! Don’t help them play this deadly game! Take care of yourself and your loved ones! Evacuate in time!" emphasized the head of the Regional Military Administration.
