Russian forces struck the Pokrovsk community in the Synelnykove district with an FPV drone, hitting a local market, reports Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
According to Lysak, four people were wounded in the strike.
"Two men and two women. They received medical treatment. They will continue treatment as outpatients," he said.
Russian attack on Ukraine
Earlier, Russian forces launched another wave of overnight attacks across Ukraine, using various types of drones and several kinds of missiles. Ukraine's military confirmed that air defense systems were active throughout the night.
In the Kyiv region, train services were disrupted due to the strikes, though rail traffic has since been restored.
Massive attacks were also recorded in Kyiv, Lutsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and eight other regions.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said it is now evident that Russia used the days leading up to a leaders' summit to prepare new large-scale strikes.
In Zaporizhzhia, private homes were damaged and fires broke out as a result of shelling. Russian forces also hit Cherkasy and the surrounding region, damaging a high school. Emergency crews are working to extinguish fires and clear the aftermath.
Further details on the overnight attacks are available in RBC-Ukraine's report.
