While patrolling the Kupiansk district, a police service vehicle came under attack by an FPV drone, the Kharkiv regional police reports.

On Thursday, September 11, during a patrol in the Kupiansk district, a Russian FPV drone attacked a Ukrainian police service car near the village of Osynove.

Five law enforcement officers were inside the patrol vehicle. Three of them were injured in the attack. All the victims are receiving medical assistance.

A criminal investigation has been launched under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for war crimes. Investigators are continuing to establish all the circumstances of the accident.

Earlier, Russian forces attacked rescuers in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, while they were extinguishing a fire caused by a previous strike. No one was injured. After stabilizing the situation, they resumed work and fully extinguished the fire.

In addition, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian drone attacked a DTEK repair crew during emergency work. The vehicle and all equipment burned down, but the energy workers managed to escape.

Previously, Russian forces attacked a unit of Ukrainian energy workers in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the enemy strike, the energy equipment caught fire. The workers were unharmed. The State Emergency Service promptly extinguished the fire, after which DTEK employees immediately resumed work.
