After midnight, explosions began to be heard in Kyiv, and air defense systems were activated. Those who fled to shelters not only heard the sounds of Shaheds but also saw missiles in the sky — Russia's nighttime terror did not stop until 4 a.m.
There were reports of hits and fires in high-rise buildings and private houses, fires in warehouses, burning cars, fires in open areas, and on roofs. Civilian and critical infrastructure facilities were also affected, causing power and water outages in Kyiv. In the early morning, it became known about changes in traffic due to the attack.
In the morning, an air raid siren sounded again in Kyiv, and the sound of drones being shot down could be heard. Before this, there were reports of UAVs coming from Brovary and a ballistic threat.
