On the night of November 14, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with drones and missiles. As a result of the attack, one person was killed, more than 20 were injured, and fires and destruction occurred, according to the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Rescuers reported that during the night attack, one person died and more than 15 were injured. At the same time, they managed to rescue 40 people.

Meanwhile, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, confirmed the casualty but reported a higher number of injuries.

"Unfortunately, one person was killed as a result of the attack. The number of injured has risen to 24. My condolences to the family and loved ones," he wrote on Telegram.

Dniprovskyi district

Rescuers reported that in the Dniprovskyi district, fires in two apartments on the first floor of a five-story building, totaling 50 square meters, were extinguished. A total of 17 people were rescued.

"At another address, a fire covering 30 square meters was extinguished. Partial damage was recorded on the 19th and 21st floors. Wooden buildings of a sports base, covering 200 square meters, also burned," the report states.

Desnianskyi district

In this district, a fire broke out on the 7th floor of a high-rise building.

"The fire has been contained. During the firefighting, 9 people were rescued and another 50 evacuated," the report states.

At another address, a fire occurred in a high-rise building on the 5th to the 8th floors. One person died here. Fourteen people were rescued, including one child, and one person was freed from under the debris.

Sviatoshynskyi district

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, a residential building was hit on the 7th floor.

Additionally, a fire on the 19th floor of a 22-story residential building was extinguished.

Holosiivskyi district

According to the State Emergency Service, drone debris fell on the territory of a hospital in this district.

At another address, emergency responders extinguished a fire in a building covering 15 square meters.

Obolonskyi district

In this district, the enemy hit a 9-story residential building, causing a fire in apartments from the 7th to the 9th floor, covering a total area of about 100 square meters. One person was rescued, and the fire has now been extinguished.

Other districts

Podilskyi district: A high-rise building was hit on the 15th floor. Emergency responders rescued 13 people.

Darnytskyi district: A fire broke out on a 5-square-meter area at a school.

Solomianskyi district: Fires occurred on the roof and 5th floor of a residential building. During firefighting, 20 people were rescued.

Shevchenkivskyi district: A fire in an open area was extinguished.

“The information is being clarified and updated. All emergency services are involved on-site,” the State Emergency Service added, commenting on the consequences of the attack.

Massive Russian attack on Ukraine

Last night, Russia carried out a combined attack on Ukraine.

Starting the evening of November 13, enemy drones entered Ukrainian airspace. Closer to midnight, entire groups of drones were recorded flying over the country. With the arrival of the new day, the enemy began targeting Kyiv with them.

At the same time, Russia launched cruise missiles (likely Kalibr), ballistic missiles, and aeroballistic Kinzhal missiles from MiG-31K aircraft at Kyiv.
