Situation in the Pokrovsk direction

Russia reinforced its grouping in the Pokrovsk direction by deploying about 150,000 troops there.

According to Ukrainian defenders, the enemy is using one main combat tactic in this sector of the front. Increased assault activity has also been observed near Myrnohrad.

Earlier, it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces thwarted a large-scale breakthrough attempt by the enemy’s mobile groups. After two days of fierce fighting, Russian forces suffered significant losses and were defeated.
