Ukraine wants this war to end. However, Russia is against this and continues to terrorize Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says.

Last week, Russia launched over 1,050 drones, almost 1,300 bombs and more than 20 missiles at Ukraine.

“Those who seek negotiations do not deliberately strike civilians with ballistic missiles. To force Russia to stop its attacks, we need greater collective strength from the world,” Zelenskyy says.

He emphasizes that strengthening Ukraine's air defense, supporting the army and effective security guarantees that will make it impossible for Russian aggression to return are what we need to focus on now.

“Justice must prevail. We believe in the power of unity, and we will certainly restore lasting peace,” he writes.
