Russia attacked Odesa and the surrounding region with strike drones this morning, November 21. Russians damaged buildings and wounded at least one person, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.
"Russia continues to attack the Odesa region with strike drones. Several more cases of debris falling and hitting without detonation have been recorded. At least one person has been injured. Details about the victims are being clarified," Kiper says.
According to him, residential and non-residential buildings and garages were damaged in Odesa. Debris was also recorded falling in open areas in rural areas.
"Please stay in safe places and keep away from debris," adds the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
Number of wounded increased
According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, 2 people were injured in one of the locations as a result of the Russian daytime attack. One of them is hospitalized in moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance.
"A total of 7 people have been injured since last night as a result of Russian attacks. Civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in various parts of the city have also been damaged," he adds.

Russian strikes on Odesa and region
Last night, the Russians attacked Odesa. As a result of the Russian strike, three victims with burns and blast injuries were taken to hospitals, and one person was treated on the spot. The Russian attack damaged a residential building and a business in one of the city's districts.
In addition, on the night of November 17, Russian troops attacked energy and port infrastructure in several cities in the Odesa region. Several ships were damaged as a result of the Russian strikes, and one person was wounded. Over 32,000 subscribers were left without electricity.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine notes that the Russian strikes caused fires at energy and port infrastructure facilities. Units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and local fire brigades were involved in dealing with the aftermath.
Previously, Russian troops attacked the region on the night of November 16. Civilian infrastructure and energy facilities in the Odesa region were hit. In particular, a solar power plant was damaged.
