Russian attacks on Pryluky
Although Pryluky in the Chernihiv region is not located on the border, the city regularly comes under Russian attack.
The Russians have repeatedly struck civilian infrastructure in Pryluky with attack drones. For instance, the district police station in the city was previously attacked, resulting in a fire and one casualty.
In April, the city also suffered a series of Russian drone strikes. At least three hits were recorded at that time. The city council building in the center of Pryluky, located at a busy intersection, came under Russian fire.
At least 5 people were injured in the Russian attack; none of the city council employees were among the casualties.
In addition, the Russians had previously struck an oil depot in Pryluky. A massive fire broke out after the strike, and robotic equipment was deployed to extinguish it.
