Russia targets police station in Pryluky, one injured in drone strike

Russian forces carried out a daytime drone strike on a district police station in the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv region. The attack caused a fire and left one person injured, according to the Chernihiv regional police.
“Today during the day, the Russian army struck the city of Pryluky. At this time, one local resident is known to have been injured,” police said.
It is reported that the attack caused a fire on the territory of the district police department. Civilian infrastructure and vehicles were damaged and destroyed.
Information about the incident has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, also confirmed that the injured person is a civilian man.
Russian forces regularly attack Pryluky
Earlier this month, Russian forces attacked the city council building in Pryluky. Civilian infrastructure, nearby residential buildings, and vehicles were also damaged.
At least five people were injured in that attack. No city council employees were hurt, and the victims were hospitalized with burns.
Previously, Russian forces also struck an oil depot in Pryluky, causing a large-scale fire that required robotic equipment to extinguish.
Later, rescuers reported that no casualties were recorded in that incident.
