Russia strikes city hall in Ukraine's Pryluky, building engulfed in flames

Drones attacked Pryluky in the Chernihiv region. The city council building was hit, according to an RBC-Ukraine correspondent.
At around 10:08 a.m. Kyiv time, residents of Pryluky heard the first explosions. At least three loud explosions were heard in total. Russia attacked the city with strike drones.
The Pryluky City Council building is located in the very center of the city at a busy intersection where there are usually many people.
The Chernihiv region is under daily Russian attacks, but mainly in the border areas.

As of 11:30 a.m., there are reportedly injured people. Information about the victims is being clarified, according to the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration.
As of 11:58 a.m., at least 5 people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Pryluky; there are no casualties among city council employees, says the head of the Regional State Administration
At least three drone strikes were recorded in the city. The victims were hospitalized with burns. One woman is in critical condition, Volodymyr Chernov, head of the Regional Military Administration, tells Suspilne.

Law enforcement officials report that civilian infrastructure, surrounding residential buildings, and vehicles have also sustained damage and destruction.
Russia continues to target energy facilities in the region. Just yesterday evening, strike drones hit two districts of the region, four strikes in the Koriukivka and Novhorod-Siverskyi districts.
And in the Snovsk community, a Geran drone struck transportation infrastructure.
Over the past 24 hours, there were 67 explosions in the Chernihiv region.
