Russian troops attacked the Ivano-Frankivsk region on the night of November 19. As a result of the Russian strikes, there are wounded, including children, according to Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration.
"A difficult night for the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Russia has once again struck our region with various types of weapons. The targets were energy infrastructure facilities," Onyshchuk says.
According to preliminary data, three people were injured in the Ivano-Frankivsk district, including two children.
According to her, they are receiving the necessary medical assistance, and one household has been damaged at this time.
"Sincere gratitude to our defenders of the sky for their prompt and professional work, as well as to all the services involved in eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack," she adds.
Massive Russian strike on Ukraine on November 19
Russian troops carried out a combined attack on Ukraine last night with strike drones, hypersonic missiles of the Kinzhal type, and other missile systems.
Against the backdrop of the massive Russian attack, Poland scrambled allied aircraft in response to Russian strikes on western regions of Ukraine. The military reported the takeoff of fighter jets and early warning aircraft.
Last night, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with Geran-2 kamikaze drones on Kharkiv. As a result, at least 36 people were injured, including two children. Lviv and Ternopil also suffered combined Russian strikes.
In Ternopil, buildings and residential houses were damaged as a result of combined Russian drone and missile strikes, and there are casualties. The relevant services are working at the site of the strikes.
