Russia strikes office center in downtown Dnipro, casualties reported

Explosions were heard in Dnipro on the morning of September 28 - Russia attacked the city center, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy struck downtown Dnipro. A fire broke out. There are casualties," the statement said.
There is currently no information about the number of casualties or the severity of their injuries.
According to preliminary data, Dnipro was attacked by a jet-powered drone.

"Jet-powered UAV heading toward Dnipro from the southwest," the Ukrainian Air Force warned at 11:14 a.m.
As a reminder, we previously reported on a brutal Russian attack on Kharkiv.
A guided aerial bomb fell near residential buildings, injuring 35 people, including at least eight children.
In the morning, Russia also struck a food industry facility in the Zhytomyr region.
The attack caused a fire.
