Russia attacked Dnipro again on October 2, sparking a fire in the city. Debris fell in the city council parking lot, and information about casualties is being clarified, according to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
Debris fell in the parking lot of the Dnipro City Council. According to the mayor, this is not the first strike near the building.
"And again, a strike near the Dnipro City Council. The third one already," Filatov wrote on Telegram.

Russian forces strike downtown building that was already attacked earlier this week.
That same evening, Dnipro came under another attack: after the strike, a high-rise building caught fire, and rescuers evacuated residents from the building.
The Russian forces also attacked the city center on September 28. That morning, explosions were heard in Dnipro, and a jet-powered drone hit the city center, damaging an office building.
Earlier, on September 11, the city came under a massive daytime attack. Eleven people were injured at the time.
