On March 29, Russians attacked the Lviv region with drones and missiles. The attack damaged a critical infrastructure facility, according to the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.

11 Shaheds and 2 Kinzhal missiles attacked the Lviv region overnight. The Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down all the enemy drones but failed to destroy the missiles.

The fragments of enemy weapons damaged a critical infrastructure facility in the region. No one was injured in the attack.

"The life support systems of Lviv region are operating normally," Kozytskyi adds.

Russian massive attack on March 29

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that on the night of March 29, Russians fired 60 kamikaze drones and 39 missiles of various types at Ukraine. Air defense managed to destroy 56 drones and 29 missiles.

Russian missiles reached the western regions. The enemy's main attack was aimed at energy facilities. The Russians attacked three thermal power plants in Ukraine, and the equipment was seriously damaged.

Critical infrastructure facilities in Cherkasy and Ivano-Frankivsk regions were also attacked.
