The Russians want to establish a military institution of higher education in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, reports the National Resistance Center.

In resistance reports, it is stated that the Federal State Autonomous Military Educational Institution of Higher Education "Donetsk Higher Combined Arms Command School" is planned to be established by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation before December 1, 2023.

The planned staff of the institution, including cadets, is 3,500 people.

"The occupiers are creating a breeding ground based on the institution that was established by the terrorists in 2015 for the needs of the so-called 'DPR army'," the National Resistance Center stated.

They also added that the operation of such institutions is a violation of international law, as these institutions effectively recruit residents of temporarily occupied regions for the war against their homeland.

The situation in the Donetsk region

The city of Donetsk was occupied by Russia in 2014. Lately, there have been regular reports of explosions in the city.

In the temporarily occupied Donetsk, explosions occurred recently, followed by the rise of smoke over the city. Reports of "shelling" on September 14 indicated smoke in the area near the railway station.

On September 18, the administration of the so-called head of the "DPR," Denis Pushilin, came under shelling.
