Russia massively strikes Ukraine's Odesa region: Ship damaged, buses destroyed

On the night of April 14, Russians launched a massive Shahed drone attack on the southern part of the Odesa region. Port infrastructure and civilian facilities were targeted, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
A Panamanian-flagged civilian vessel, a pier, and a barge were damaged within the Izmail Port area. Port equipment was also damaged.
As a result of the strikes, a service station building was destroyed, followed by a fire. Two passenger buses and seven passenger cars were destroyed.
In addition, six private homes were hit, sustaining roof damage. Damage to an ambulance was also reported.
There were no fatalities or injuries. Emergency services are on the scene, and cleanup efforts are underway.
The Odesa Regional State Administration also shared images of the aftermath of the enemy attack in the southern part of the region.

Russian attacks on ports in Odesa region
Russian occupiers are systematically attacking ports in the Odesa region with drones and missiles.
On the night of April 8, Russia also launched a massive strike on the south of the Odesa region. As a result of the attack, the civilian and port infrastructure were damaged.
Before that, Russian drones damaged one of the region’s ports, two civilian vessels flying the flags of Palau and Barbados were damaged, and port infrastructure was destroyed. The shelling caused fires.
Earlier, Russian forces had struck two ports in the Odesa region, killing two people and wounding five others.
