Russia strikes Ukraine's Odesa port, damaging vessels under Palau and Barbados flags

On the night of March 20, Russian forces attacked a port in the Odesa region with drones. Two civilian commercial vessels flying the flags of Palau and Barbados were damaged, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, and Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
As a result of Russia's nighttime attack with strike drones, two civilian commercial vessels flying the flags of Palau and Barbados, which were moored at the docks and loaded with grain, were damaged.
Despite this, the vessels remain afloat.
Administrative buildings were also damaged. Two people were injured.

In addition, a grain silo and equipment were damaged within the port area. The fires were quickly extinguished.
Cleanup operations are ongoing at the sites of the incidents. Law enforcement agencies are documenting yet another war crime committed by Russians.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
On the night of March 20, Russian troops attacked many regions in Ukraine with strike drones. Most of the Russian targets were neutralized by air defense forces.
At the same time, 19 strike drones were recorded hitting 13 locations, and downed Russian targets were found at 7 locations.
On the night of March 19, the Russians launched a massive drone attack on Odesa. As a result of the Russian strikes, more than a dozen buildings and a dormitory at one of the city’s universities were damaged, and three people were injured.
Russians also attacked Lviv with drones late last night. The Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region came under Russian fire. Russia also struck Novovolynsk in the Volyn region.
