Russia launches 9 Shahed drones at Zaporizhzhia: Damage and photos revealed

Zaporizhzhia came under a drone attack overnight on July 24, with Russia launching nine Shahed strike drones at the city, states Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
He reported that overnight, the enemy attacked Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding district with nine Shahed drones, targeting summer cottage cooperatives.
It was clarified that the hostile strike damaged several outbuildings, causing fires in homes and nearby areas. By morning, the fires had been extinguished.
"Another strike hit a building of an educational institution that is currently not in use. The building caught fire. Emergency responders extinguished the fire. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties," Fedorov added.

Attack on Ukraine on July 24
Russia launched Shahed drones and missiles across Ukraine. Fires broke out in the historic center of Odesa, damaging architectural landmarks.
Notably, the famous Pryvoz market in the city’s historic district caught fire.
Shahed drones also struck Mykolaiv, causing multiple fires.
In Cherkasy, fires were reported following a missile attack. At least seven people sought medical help, including a child.
