Russia launches 70 missiles and 611 drones in massive attack on Ukraine

Russia launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine overnight, using 70 missiles and 611 drones. Kyiv was the primary target, while Dnipro and Kharkiv were also attacked, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.
What Russia used in the attack
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia used:

6 3M22 Zircon anti-ship missiles;
-
34 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles;
-
30 Kh-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles;
-
611 attack and decoy drones of various types, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, Banderol, and Parodiya.
The missiles were launched from Russia's Bryansk, Kursk, and Vologda regions, as well as from temporarily occupied Crimea. The drones were launched from several Russian regions and the occupied peninsula.
How many targets were intercepted by air defense
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces were involved in repelling the attack.
According to preliminary data as of 8:00 a.m., Ukrainian air defenses destroyed or suppressed 632 aerial targets:

15 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles;

30 Kh-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles;

582 drones of various types.
Consequences of the attack
According to preliminary information, the following impacts were recorded:

20 ballistic missiles;

27 attack drones.
The strikes were recorded at 42 locations. Falling debris from intercepted drones was recorded at another 12 locations.
The Air Force emphasized that the attack is ongoing. Attack drones remain in Ukrainian airspace, and citizens are urged not to ignore air raid alerts.
Massive attack on the night of June 15
The Russian army carried out a massive combined attack on Kyiv overnight. Dozens of fires broke out in the capital, damage was recorded in nearly every district of the city, and around 140,000 consumers were left without electricity.
At least four people were killed in the strike.
A fire caused by the attack also destroyed a unique costume collection at the Dovzhenko Film Studio.
In addition, damage was recorded on the territory of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra. In particular, the blast wave damaged the Dormition Cathedral.
