In 2025, Russia launched more than 60,000 guided aerial bombs, around 2,400 missiles of various types, and over 100,000 drones at Ukraine, United24 reports.
According to the report, air raid alerts sounded in Ukraine at least 19,033 times in 2025. The highest number was recorded in the Kharkiv region, with 2,020 alerts over the year.
"Every week, thousands of air threats were detected over Ukraine, and each day brought new destruction and civilian casualties. Constant attacks destroyed civilian and energy infrastructure, turning daily life into a struggle for survival," United24 said.
Latest attacks on Ukraine
On the night of December 31, Russia attacked Ukraine using 127 attack drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the enemy drones.
Odesa and the surrounding region were hit hardest. According to local authorities, the enemy once again targeted civilian and energy infrastructure in the area. In one of the settlements, warehouses belonging to a logistics company caught fire during the attack.
Russian drones hit apartment buildings in two districts of Odesa. Fires broke out in apartments in one of them. There were casualties, including children.
In addition, during the nighttime attack on Odesa, debris from an enemy drone fell on the premises of the Nova Poshta sorting terminal vehicle yard. Damage is estimated at 2.3 million hryvnias.
On the night of December 30, Russian forces carried out a combined attack on Ukrainian territory, using ballistic missiles and dozens of attack drones.
In particular, yesterday, the Chornomorsk port in Odesa was attacked twice in one day, causing a lubricant storage tank to catch fire. The seaport of Pivdennyi was also attacked.
