Rescue operations are ongoing at the sites of the Russian strikes, and details about the consequences are being clarified.
The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration also warned that the threat of Russian attacks on the city remains.
"Stay in safe places and do not approach the strike sites due to the risk of follow-up strikes," Hryhorov notes.
On July 3, the Russians launched a massive strike on Sumy using a large number of drones and guided aerial bombs.
Russian attack targeted one of the city’s central streets, striking a high-rise building, a store, and a road.

Following the tragedy, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha called on the international community to respond to the Russian attack on Sumy by tightening sanctions and providing Ukraine with additional air defense systems and interceptors.
