Russia hits Kharkiv with 10 drones, injuring 66, including children

On the morning of July 7, Russian forces struck Kharkiv with 10 attack drones. As a result of the assault, 66 people were injured, including 6 children, said Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
"Between 5:20 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., the enemy launched 10 UAVs at the peaceful city. Civilian infrastructure was affected in three districts of Kharkiv — Shevchenkivskyi, Slobidskyi, and Kholodnohirskyi," Syniehubov stated.
According to him, at least 66 people were injured, including 6 children.
The regional head noted that the number of injured is still changing, as more people continue to seek medical assistance.
Eight of the injured, including two children, are currently being treated in hospitals.
Additionally, one person was killed in a second wave of strikes.
"Specialized services are working at the impact sites. Emergency workers from the State Emergency Service are eliminating the consequences of the attacks, while prosecutors and police are documenting yet another war crime committed by the enemy," Syniehubov added.

Kharkiv under attack on July 7
This morning, July 7, Kharkiv came under a massive drone attack. For the first time, the Russian army launched drones at the city around 5:30 a.m. One of the strikes hit a residential high-rise building, resulting in dozens of injuries and one fatality. A few hours later, Russian forces launched another wave of Shahed drone strikes on Kharkiv. This time, the city of Zaporizhzhia was also targeted.
