Russia attacked Odesa region with drones.
"Civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region has once again come under a massive Russian drone attack," he says.
Residential buildings in the suburbs of Odesa, as well as port infrastructure, came under Russian fire. Debris falling from the air damaged roofs and shattered windows in two private homes.
In addition, a warehouse within the port area was damaged.

Russian attacks on ports in Odesa and region
The Russian military systematically attacks ports in the Odesa region with drones and missiles, leading to the destruction of infrastructure and increased risks for civilian shipping.
As reported by Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, Oleksii Kuleba, the intensity of such attacks has significantly increased in 2026.
While approximately 150 strikes were recorded throughout 2025, the number has already exceeded 180 this year. Russia is increasingly using massive attacks and deploying more drones. At the same time, the effectiveness of air defense has increased by 25–35%.
For instance, on the night of March 20, a Russian drone attack damaged one of the region’s ports, two civilian vessels flying the flags of Palau and Barbados were damaged, and port infrastructure was destroyed. Russian strikes caused fires.
Earlier, Russian forces had struck two ports in the Odesa region, killing 2 people and wounding 5 others.
Administrative buildings, cargo, and port infrastructure were also damaged.
