Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that Ukraine can not use Western weapons. As a result, Russia may now attack countries that have assisted Ukraine in this regard, stated Putin during his address to the Russian people.

According to Putin, Ukraine is not capable of independently using Western long-range weapons. This requires the "direct participation of military experts from the countries producing such weapons". Putin claims that since missiles made in the US and the UK were fired at Russia, "the regional conflict has acquired global elements."

"We will determine targets for further tests of our advanced missile systems based on the threats to the security of the Russian Federation," Putin stated.

He believes that Russia has the right to use its weapons against the military facilities of those countries that allow the use of their weapons against Russia.

Russia launches intercontinental missile at Ukraine

This morning, during another large-scale shelling of Ukraine, Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile from the Astrakhan region at Dnipro.

Later, Putin claimed that Russia had struck Ukrainian territory with an Oreshnik ballistic missile, and it was its test use.

Putin also confirmed that targets in the Kursk and Bryansk regions were hit by ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles.
