Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a conversation with US President Donald Trump, stated the need to halt Ukraine's mobilization and the rearmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire, according to Russian media.

Putin once again emphasized Kyiv's alleged inability to negotiate. Additionally, the Russian President accused Ukrainian forces of committing crimes in Russia’s Kursk region.
